I'm 52 and looking for something I can do to strengthen my body and not bulk up.I order The Tracy Anderson Method Mat Workout DVD. I have used the DVD for two weeks 6 days total, I'm having pain in my shoulder when doing the arm section. Is there a different DVD that I can do of Tracy's that can Help me now and then I'll work up to the Mat workout?
Thank you for your time.
